EXPRESS Delivery: The package is delivered the day after ordering (Day+1) in most parts of France. This period may be extended to Day+2 for the outermost regions served by our distribution center located in Bouches-du-Rhône. This delivery option is available for packages weighing less than 30 kg. |

STANDARD Delivery: The package is delivered within two days (Day+2). This period may be extended to 72 hours (Day+3) for the outermost regions served by our distribution center in Bouches-du-Rhône. This delivery option is available to customers in France and overseas for packages weighing between 30 and 900 kg. |

CHRONO before 10:00 AM or before 1:00 PM: For orders placed before 10:30 AM weighing up to 25 kg*, delivery is scheduled for the next day before 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM within mainland France. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday before 1:00 PM. An additional charge of 20 Euros applies for deliveries to Corsica and 5 Euros for hard-to-access areas. |

Customer Pickup : After registration and validation by the Sales Department, customers can retrieve their goods directly from our platform in ROGNAC, regardless of the order weight. Orders placed before 11:30 AM: You can pick up your order the same day before 4:00 PM. Orders placed between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM: Your order will be available the next morning from 7:15 AM. EZFITT |
The unit weight of each order must not exceed 25 kg. The maximum dimensions are as follows: the sum of the length + 2 heights + 2 widths must not exceed 300 cm, and the length must not exceed 150 cm. For larger weights and dimensions, please choose other delivery methods available to you, or consult us.
Additional Information: Orders eligible for free shipping are delivered at our expense, according to our shipping conditions, based on the order’s weight and the Client's region. If the order exceeds 900 kg, we will ask you to contact our sales department directly to define an appropriate delivery method. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
